I've faced a near death experience feeling hopeless and helpless. Later on in my growth into a new chapter of my life, I learned that “HOPE” stands for Hold On Pain Ends.

I specialize and am certified in AAP (Animal Assisted Psychotherapy) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
