A Bit About Me
KiOna Wilson is a Licensed Professional Counselor with Mental Health Service Provider designation who is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients can feel comfortable being their authentic selves. She works with individuals ages 12 and older, as well as couples, navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship concerns, and self-esteem. KiOna takes a warm, collaborative approach and utilizes evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, and EMDR. Her goal is to help clients gain insight, heal, build healthier relationships, and feel empowered to move forward.
